By accessing and using the services provided by Prime Global Courier ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Prime Global Courier provides courier, logistics, and shipping services including domestic and international delivery, freight forwarding, e-commerce fulfillment, and related services. All services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that contains prohibited items, is improperly packaged, or does not comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited items include but are not limited to explosives, flammable materials, illegal substances, hazardous chemicals, live animals, and perishable goods without proper packaging.
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and service type. Quoted rates are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Payment is due upon booking unless a credit account has been established. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated for express or time-definite services. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable maximum liability amount, whichever is less. Additional insurance coverage is available at the time of booking. We strongly recommend insurance for high-value shipments.
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 7 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). Claims must include the tracking number, description of the issue, and supporting documentation including photographs of any damage.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging, accurate labeling, truthful customs declarations, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
